1 of any bread mix, e.g. date, cranberry, etc.
1 lb. 12 oz. jar of mincemeat, with brandy if you choose
2 eggs

Combine. Stir until moistened. Grease and flour an angel food cake pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees; or 2 loaf pans, bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
