GARLIC MASHED POTATOES 
10 potatoes
1 garlic bulb
4 oz. butter
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Toast garlic bulb at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Then peel and finely chop. Quarter potatoes and cook to medium softness. Drain potatoes and place in mixer with milk, butter and garlic until desired smoothness. Add salt and pepper to taste.
