QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef sirloin
1 tbsp. shortening
1 med. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can broiled sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Egg noodles

Cut meat in 1/4 inch strips. Brown in hot shortening. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is crisp-tender. Combine remaining ingredients except egg noodles. Add to meat; heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Serve over cooked egg noodles. Makes 4 servings.
