QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef sirloin
1 tbsp. shortening
1 med. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can broiled mushrooms, undrained
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut meat into 1/4 inch strips, brown in shortening, add onion and garlic, cook until onion is crisp and tender. Combine remaining ingredients. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve over noodles, 4 servings.
