MISSISSIPPI MUD BARS 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. nuts
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme

Cream sugar and butter and add cocoa. Beat eggs and add vanilla. Add to sugar mixture. Add flour, coconut and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in 9 x 13 inch. While still hot spread with marshmallows creme. Cool. Frost with:

1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
