CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
9 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. hot fudge sauce

For crust: Boil water and butter, add flour until it forms a ball. Take off heat. Add eggs all at once. Beat until smooth. Spread in jelly roll pan (do not grease). Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes. MIX: Instant pudding according to directions. Beat in cream cheese. Spread over crust when cool. Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle hot fudge sauce on top. Makes 9 x 13 inch jelly roll pan.
