CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix
4 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 pkg. graham crackers

Mix pudding and milk; blend in Cool Whip.

Layer whole graham crackers in 9 x 13 pan. Pour 1/2 of pudding mix over graham crackers. Put second layer of graham crackers and other half of pudding mix. Add third layer of graham crackers.

Frost with: 2 tsp. white Karo 3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix and pour over graham crackers. Make 1-2 days ahead for best results.
