ECLAIRE DESSERT 
Part 1 (Crust):

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Bring water and butter to boil. Remove from heat and stir in flour. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

This is just a cream puff pastry, you may have noticed. Spread on greased cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes at 400°F. Poke down humps. Cool.

Part 2 (Filling):

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 large pkg. vanilla or pistachio instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
Cool Whip
Hershey syrup

Beat together cream cheese, pudding and milk until smooth. Pour over crust. Top with Cool Whip and syrup.
