JERRETT'S CHILI 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 c. chopped onion
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans red kidney beans, drained
28 oz. can tomatoes
1 chopped green pepper
1 c. sliced celery
6 oz. can tomato paste
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper

In large pot cook turkey, sausage and onion until meats are brown; drain off fat. Stir in beans, undrained tomatoes, green pepper, celery, tomato paste, garlic, salt, chili powder, and red pepper. Cover; simmer 1-1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Makes 10-12 servings.
