8 lb. hamburger 2 lbs. pork 3 (30 oz.) chili beans 5 (15 oz.) tomato sauce 12 oz. Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage 2 lg. onions (diced) 6 green chili peppers (diced) 1 green bell pepper (diced) 4 lg. xlnt chili con carne Lawry garlic salt Brown hamburger and sausage until well done and crisp. Cube pork and fry until well done and crisp. While meat is cooking combine chili beans, tomato sauce, onions, chili pepper, bell pepper, chile con carne and garlic salt, and simmer. Add meat, if too thick, add tomato sauce. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons chile powder and stir while simmering, about 2 hours. |
