JERE'S CHILI 
2 lb. pork sausage
2 lb. ground beef
2 pkg. beefy onion soup mix
46-92 oz. tomato juice (less for thick, more for thin)
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
5 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. med. or hot picante sauce
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tbsp. pepper
2 (32 oz.) cans red beans
1 red pepper, finely chopped

Cook meats; drain off grease. Throw all together in large cooker. Let cook for 4-6 hours.
