SWISS STEAK 
2 lb. beef round steak
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. grated American cheese

Cut steak into 4 pieces and roll in flour and salt that has been mixed together. Place in crock pot. Add vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomatoes over all. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
