OVERNIGHT SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, fried, cooked, crumbled
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 c. celery, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Lettuce - wash, dry, tear into small pieces. Spread on bottom of 9x13 pyrex dish. Sprinkle onion, celery, frozen peas over top. Place egg slices on top. "Frost" with a layer of mayonnaise and top with shredded cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
