OAT BRAN HONEY MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. oat bran
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
4 egg whites, beaten
2 1/2 tbsp. oil
1 c. milk
1/2 c. honey
1 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Mix egg whites, milk, oil and honey. Pour into dry ingredients; mix well. Add raisins. Lightly grease muffin tins. Fill 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

easy to make, but no where near sweet enough. I would recommend adding a 1/4 to a half cup more of sweetener (sugar, honey, brown sugar molasses etc.)

Great recipe. I find that the muffins are plenty sweet with the raisins. Also awesome using blueberries instead of raisins. Makes 12 muffins in standard paper cups.
