HONEY-BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. whole bran
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. low fat milk
1/2 c. honey
1 egg
1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. raisins

Spray the muffin pans with non-stick cooking spray and preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together bran, flour, baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl, mix together milk, honey, egg and butter. Beat well. Combine the bran mixture and the milk mixture. Stir in the raisins. Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
