15 Hydrox (chocolate) cookies, crushed
4 tbsp. butter, melted
24 lg. marshmallows
2/3 c. milk
1/2 pt. cream, whipped
1 oz. creme de menthe
1 oz. creme de cacao
Green food color (optional)

Mix and line pie pan with Hydrox cookies which have been mixed with melted butter.

Melt together in a double boiler 24 large marshmallows and 2/3 cup milk. Let cool. Fold in whipped cream, and the 2 liquors. Add food color, if desired. Pour into prepared pie shell and let set in refrigerator at least 1 hour.

I have made this using no alcoholic beverages, just food coloring and mint flavor.
