GRASSHOPPER PIE 
16 Hydrox cookies (filled)
4 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
24 reg. size marshmallows
1 c. cream, whipped
1 1/2 oz. cream de menthe (green)
1/2 oz. white cream de cacao
Shaved chocolate, opt.

CRUST: 16 Hydrox cookies (filled), crushed finely, add 4 tablespoons melted butter and mold into 9 inch pie pan.

FILLING: Heat together over low heat 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 24 regular size marshmallows, stir frequently. Cool, stir thoroughly. After it's cooled, fold in 1 cup cream, that's been whipped, 1 1/2 ounces cream de menthe (green) and 1/2 ounce white cream de cacao. Pour into crust and chill at least 6 hours. Shaved chocolate on top, optional. Serves: 6 to 8.
