GRASSHOPPER PIE 
30 Hydrox cookies
1/2 stick melted butter

FILLING:

30 lg. marshmallows
2/3 c. milk
4 tbsp. green Cream de Menthe
2 tbsp. white Cream de Cocoa
1 c. whipped cream
A few drops food coloring (green) (if needed)

For Crust: Roll cookies and mix with butter. Press into pan and refrigerate.

For Filling: Melt marshmallows in double boiler with milk. Remove from heat and add liqueurs and color. Chill. Fold in whipped cream. Pour in shell and freeze.
