GRASSHOPPER PIE 
32 Famous Chocolate Wafers
4 tbsp. butter
30 marshmallows
3/4 c. whole milk
2 oz. creme de menthe
1 oz. creme de cacao
1 pt. whipping cream (heavy cream)

Crush cookies and add melted butter. Press into pie shell. Melt marshmallows with whole milk in double boiler. Cool. Add the creme de menthe and creme de cacao to marshmallow and milk mixture. Whip heavy cream until very stiff. Fold into marshmallow mixture. Chill for at least 6 hours before serving.
