SHIPWRECK CASSEROLE 
1/4 inch unpeeled sliced potatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. sliced onions
1 can red beans, drained and rinsed
1 can tomato soup (do not add water)

Layer in baking dish.

FIRST LAYER: 1/4 inch unpeeled sliced potatoes.

SECOND LAYER: 1 pound ground beef.

THIRD LAYER: Sliced onions.

FOURTH LAYER: 1 can red beans.

FIFTH LAYER: 1 can tomato soup.

Cover and seal with foil paper. Bake 1 hour at 450 degrees.
