SHRIMP/YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. shrimp, raw and peeled
5 med. yellow squash, sliced
2 med. onions
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. Progresso onion bread crumbs
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Brown onions in hot oil. Add shrimp and cook until lightly orange in color. Add squash and seasoning, cook down until soft in texture. Add butter. Place mixture in a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Mix in about 1 cup of bread crumbs. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
