CURREY'S CASSEROLE 
2 10-12 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp. salt (or less)
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. oregano, basil, thyme
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Place spinach in strainer, rinse with hot water. Press out water. Sauté beef, add salt, mushrooms and onion. Remove from heat. Add spinach, sour cream and seasonings. Add 1/2 cup of each cheese. Put in 2 quart casserole and add cheese on top.

Bake at 350°F at 20-25 minutes.

Serves 6-8.
