MEAT LOAF - LOW CHOLESTEROL 
3 lbs. lean ground beef
2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 lg. garlic clove, minced
1/2 c. Egg Beaters
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

In large bowl combine all ingredients. Press mixture into an ungreased 9'x5"x3" loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Drain off excess fat. Invert loaf onto serving dish. Let stand several minutes before slicing.
