CRAB CAKES 
16 oz. crab meat
1/2-3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. mustard
3/4-1 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
Pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients. Stir well. Shape mixture into 10 patties. Fry in deep hot oil until patties are golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
