CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 onion, minced
1/4 c. butter
1 c. bread crumbs
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 to 2 tbsp. light cream

Cook onion in butter until done. Add bread crumbs and mix well. Add beaten eggs to meat and crumb mixture. Add salt, mustard, parsley and cream. Mix well. Then coat lightly with flour and fry in butter.
