CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
5 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Remove any cartilage from crab meat. Mix all other ingredients together. Fold into crab meat lightly but thoroughly. Form into six cakes. Fry in oil at 350 degrees until golden brown approximately 5-6 minutes.
