CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
2 slices white bread, dipped in milk
1 egg
Green pepper, diced (as desired)
2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients. Form into patties. Roll in bread crumbs. Dip in a mixture of 1 egg and water. Roll in bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown on both sides. May be deep fried.
