ESTHER'S EASTERN SHORE CRAB
CAKES
 
1 lb. fresh crab meat (remove shell)
2 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 stick butter
2 slices bread, crumbled
Old Bay to taste (1/2 to 1 tsp.)

Melt butter in electric frying pan at 350 degrees. Mix crab meat, eggs, mustard, Old Bay and bread. Form into patties. Fry at 350 degrees until brown.
