GREEN PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round or flank steak, cut into thin strips
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green peppers, diced
1 c. beef bouillon
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. cooking sherry

Sprinkle steak strips with salt and pepper. Saute onion and garlic. Add meat and cook until brown. Add green pepper and bouillon, simmer, covered for 10 minutes. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce and sherry and add this liquid to meat. Stir until thickened. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
