GREEN PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak 1/4 inch thick
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oil
1 lg. green pepper, cut into strips
1 c. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Rice or noodles

Cut steak into 2 x 1 inch strips and toss with soy sauce. Brown on one side in oil. Add green pepper and cook and stir until meat is browned. Combine water and cornstarch. Add to meat and cook and stir over medium heat. Heat until peppers are tender and sauce is thickened. Serve with cooked rice or noodles.
