GRASSHOPPER PIE 
CRUST:

1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

FILLING:

25 marshmallows, cut up
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. creme de menthe
1/4 c. white cream de cacao
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Few drops green food color

Combine crust ingredients and press into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan. Chill.

Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in creme de menthe and cream de cacao. Fold in whipped cream and food color. Pour into crust. Freeze. Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving.
