FOIL WRAPPED STEAK SUPPER 
1 1/2 lb. chuck steak
1 env. onion soup mix
3 med. carrots, quartered
2 stalks celery, cut in sticks
2 or 3 potatoes, halved
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Tear off 2 1/2 feet of aluminum foil. Place meat in the center. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, cover with vegetables. Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt. Fold foil over and seal securely to hold juices. Place on baking sheet in very hot oven at 450 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

NOTE: To cook this recipe on a barbeque use double thickness of foil and cook over slow coals.
