FOIL WRAPPED DINNER | |
1 1/2 lb. round steak 1 pkg. frozen peas 4 med. carrots 4 med. potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 envelope onion soup mix 8 cherry tomatoes 4 pieces, 18x15 inches, tin foil Heat oven to 450 degrees. Cut meat in 1-inch pieces. Thaw peas. On center of each tin foil piece, place 1 thinly sliced carrot, 1 quartered potato, and 1/4 of the meat. Mix soups. Spoon mixture over meat. Top with peas. Wrap foil securely, and place on cookie sheet. Bake 50 minutes until meat is tender. Garnish with cherry tomatoes. |
