FOILED DINNER 
Chicken, hamburger, pork or fish
Sliced carrots, onion, potatoes, green peppers
Nature's seasoning
Mixed vegetables
Mushrooms

Put your choice of meat on bottom of 3 layers of regular aluminum foil (12 to 18 inches) long. Season meat. Place sliced vegetables on top of meat. Seal foil by folding opposite sides together and then rolling until you can roll no more, repeat to opposite sides. Place on open fire turning occasionally. Cook for 30 minutes. Cook in an oven at 350 to 400 degrees.
