1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. Dale's steak sauce
1/4 c. flour
1 whole egg
10 saltines, crumbled
3 tbsp. ketchup

Mix: above together. Form 4 patties

6 med. carrots
4 med. potatoes
1 lg. onion
4 lg. sheets aluminum foil
1/2 stick butter
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut carrots, potatoes into slices and place on foil sheets. Place patties on top of potatoes and carrots. Top with large slices of onion, top with butter slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap foil and seal. Cook for about 1 hours. Serves 4.
