CHINESE HOT DISH 
2-3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
2 c. chicken stock
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 can mushrooms with juice
1 c. salted cashews
Chow mein noodles

Saute onions, celery and green peppers; combine chicken, mushrooms, stock, soup and sauteed vegetables. Stir in 2 cups chow mein noodles and place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle 1 cup chow mein noodles and cashews on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
