CHINESE NOODLE HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
Salt and pepper
1 c. celery
1 c. water
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can vegetable soup
8 oz. chow mein noodles
Cashew halves for top

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Salt and pepper as you like. Boil celery in water and drain. Mix with soups and noodles. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover with cashews last 15 minutes.
