CHINESE HOT DISH 
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 lb. ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can bean sprouts with liquid
1 can water chestnuts
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. chow mein noodles

Put oil in large skillet, add onions and celery. Saute 5 minutes then add soup, rice, bean sprouts, water chestnuts and soy sauce.

Mix and pour into a large casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with chow mein noodles and bake another 30 minutes.
