1 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 3/4 c. quick oats

In saucepan mix sugar and cocoa. Add milk and butter. Place over medium heat and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and oats. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto foil lined sheet pan. Let stand until firm and cold. Store in air tight container. Yield: 3 dozen cookies.
