POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 med. onion, diced
1 stick butter
16 oz. jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
Small bag potato chips

Mix all ingredients together, except potatoes. Add potatoes, mix well, put into casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed potato chips over top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
