6 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz Mexican cheese spread
Chopped green onion
Chopped tomatoes
Sour cream

Spread potatoes on greased cookie sheets; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Place on serving dish.

Heat cheese spread according to label directions; pour over potatoes. Top with green onion, tomatoes, and sour cream. Serves 6.
