POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. Cheez Whiz
1 stick butter
2 c. bread crumbs

Thaw hash browns and place into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle the onions over the potatoes. (I use onion powder instead of onions.) Mix sour cream, soup and Cheez Whiz and pour over the onions. Top with bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour, or until brown and bubbly.
