MUSHROOMS FLORENTINE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and thoroughly drained
1 to 2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 sticks butter
2 c. shredded sharp cheese

Butter bottom of long glass baking dish and spread drained, cooked spinach over bottom. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped onion. Cook mushrooms in 1 stick of butter until slightly done. Spread mushrooms and juice over spinach-onions. Cover with cheese. Bake 1/2 hour or until bubbly at 350 degrees.
