CHICKEN MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. elbow macaroni
1 tbsp. salt
3 qts. boiling water
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Add macaroni gradually and salt to rapdily boiling water so that water continues to boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Drain in colander. Rinse with cold water, drain again. Combine macaroni, chicken, celery, olives, onion, parsley, mayonnaise and pepper in large bowl. Toss gently to mix well. Sprinkle paprika on top and chill. Makes about 6 servings.
