MACARONI AND CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
1 tbsp. grated onion
3/4 c. cooked mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Curly endive (for decoration)
2 tomatoes, quartered

Combine all ingredients, except endive and tomatoes. Place in refrigerator about 2 hours to chill. Wash endive thoroughly and arrange in a 9 inch crinkle edge glass pie plate. Place salad mixture on endive and garnish with quartered tomatoes. Serve 6.
