SAUSAGE-MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
2 1/4 c. seasoned bread croutons
1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Spread bread croutons in a lightly greased 9 x 12 pan. Next spread on browned sausage. Combine eggs, milk, soup, mushrooms and mustard and pour over sausage. Bake 50 to 55 minutes at 325 degrees.

Spread cheese over the casserole the last 5 minutes of cooking and continue baking until cheese melts.
