POTATO PUFF CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. chopped onion 1/3 c. chopped green pepper 1 tbsp. chili sauce or catsup 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. water 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen Idaho Potato Puffs In a skillet combine beef, onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat, breaking up meat with a fork until meat is browned and onion and pepper are tender. Add chili sauce, undiluted soup and water. Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover top with frozen Idaho Potato Puffs. Bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven 35 minutes until potato puffs are golden brown. Serves 4. |
