SAUSAGE AND MUSHROOM B B Q 
2 lbs. regular sausage
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lg. (30 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms

Take sausage out of casings and fry until done. Drain well.

Put into 4-quart pot, add large jar of spaghetti sauce, and jar of sliced mushrooms. If not juicy enough, add 1 small can of tomato sauce. Simmer for 1 hour in the oven at 300 degrees. Serve in hamburger buns or hard rolls. Serves about 20.

If you like this hotter, use more hot sausage and less regular sausage.
