BUSY DAY PORK CHOPS 
Med. thick pork chops
Onion, thinly sliced
Celery, coarsely chopped
Green pepper, sliced or chopped
1 can (#2) tomatoes
Minute rice
Ketchup for topping

Lightly brown pork chops in heavy skillet. Place chops flat in skillet. Place thin slices or onion on each chop. Place tablespoon of rice on each chop. Add celery and green pepper. Add 1 can tomatoes. Place 1 tablespoon ketchup on each. Cover skillet. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
