HOT CHOPS 
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1 med. lemon, sliced
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Texas Pete hot sauce
4 to 5 thin pork cutlets

Mix water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, black pepper and red pepper. Add sliced lemon and onion. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add ketchup and hot sauce and bring to a boil. Place pork cutlets in baking dish and pour sauce over them. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees, 1 hour 25 minutes. Turn cutlets over after 45 minutes.
